I’m Rob Hall, a commercial photographer and cinematographer in the Metro Detroit area. I serve Southeast Michigan, primarily focused on education, healthcare, industrial, and skilled trade industries. Since 2018, I’ve focused on creating clear, effective visual content that helps businesses communicate the value of their services, facilities, and people. My work supports marketing campaigns, social media, internal training, and broadcast projects throughout the Metro Detroit area and beyond.

From 2008 to 2018, I worked full-time as a wedding photographer, documenting more than 800 weddings across the U.S. That experience developed speed, decisiveness, and flexibility in uncontrolled environments. I learned to light spaces of any size, adapt quickly to changing conditions, manage complex logistics, and remain calm under pressure. This foundation continues to add value to my commercial photography and video projects today.

In addition to technical expertise, I bring direct experience with how visual content performs across modern platforms. I’ve built large audiences on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, giving me a practical understanding of how photography and video support both organic and paid media. I’m comfortable executing a defined creative direction or leading visual strategy when needed. Based in Metro Detroit and serving Southeast Michigan, I bring technical mastery, visual consistency, and calm leadership to projects where getting it right matters.
